Depending on how you use G2g, we may collect:

• Account information — name, email address, password credentials, role and portal access history.
• Company information — legal business name, DBA, business addresses, USDOT and MC numbers, EIN where provided, operating authority and insurance details.
• Contact information — business and personal contact details you or your company provide.
• Mobile phone numbers — the mobile number you provide for operational notifications, along with your SMS opt-in or opt-out state and the record of that choice.
• Operational and compliance information — drivers, equipment, maintenance and inspection records, loads, expirations, filings and related activity you enter or that is generated by your use of the platform.
• Uploaded documents — files you or your company submit, such as licenses, medical certificates, registrations, insurance certificates, invoices and supporting evidence.
• Technical and device information — where applicable, IP address, browser and device type, timestamps and log data used for security, auditing and troubleshooting.

• Operate, maintain and improve the G2g platform.
• Provide fleet management, safety and compliance services you or your company request.
• Create and maintain account, company and equipment records.
• Send operational notifications, including compliance and expiration alerts.
• Provide customer support and respond to your requests.
• Maintain security, integrity and audit records of activity on the platform.
• Comply with legal, regulatory and contractual obligations.

Mobile information, including mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent data, will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

SMS opt-in consent is used only to provide the messaging services the user requested through the G2g Operational & Compliance Alerts program.

Service providers acting on G2g's behalf — such as our messaging carrier and platform infrastructure providers — may process this information only as needed to deliver those messaging services on our behalf, and are not permitted to use SMS consent data for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

We keep a record of each opt-in and opt-out, including the mobile number, the date and time, the source of the consent, and the exact disclosure shown at the time.

• Message frequency varies based on your account activity and compliance events.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• You may reply STOP at any time to opt out of further messages.
• You may reply HELP for assistance.

We share information with operational service providers that help us run the platform — for example hosting and database infrastructure, email delivery, SMS delivery and document storage. These providers may process information only as needed to perform services for us.

We may share information with your own company or authorized representatives of your company, with parties you direct us to share it with (such as a broker or dispatcher you authorize), and where required by law, legal process or to protect rights and safety.

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent data with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, use, alteration and loss, including access controls, encrypted transport and audit logging. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain records for as long as needed to operate the platform and maintain your account, and thereafter as needed for compliance and audit purposes, to resolve disputes, to enforce agreements, and to satisfy legal, regulatory and recordkeeping obligations. Compliance and audit records may be retained after an account becomes inactive.

• Update your contact information in your portal profile, or by contacting us.
• Opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by contacting us. Opting out of SMS does not affect your access to G2g services.

G2g is a business-to-business platform intended for commercial transportation professionals. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us so we can remove it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after an update means you accept the revised policy.
