By accessing or using the G2g platform, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

G2g is a business-to-business platform for commercial transportation companies and their authorized personnel. You may use it only for legitimate business purposes, only with the access granted to you, and only in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

• Keep your login credentials confidential and do not share your account.
• Provide accurate, current and complete account, company and compliance information.
• You are responsible for activity performed under your account.
• Notify us promptly of any unauthorized access or suspected misuse.

• Submitting false, forged or misleading documents or compliance data.
• Attempting to access accounts, records or data you are not authorized to access.
• Interfering with, probing or disrupting the platform, its security or its infrastructure.
• Scraping, reselling or redistributing platform data without authorization.
• Using the platform to violate any law, regulation or third-party right.

Program name: G2g Operational & Compliance Alerts

Sender / program operator: Cargo Logistics Group LLC through the G2g platform. The G2g Operational & Compliance Alerts program is operated by Cargo Logistics Group LLC, the legal entity that operates G2g, and all messages in this program are sent by Cargo Logistics Group LLC through the G2g platform.

Program description: Low-volume operational and compliance-related SMS notifications for authorized G2g customers and users.

Messages may include, for example:

• Maintenance reminders
• Document expiration alerts
• Registration and IFTA reminders
• Safety and compliance alerts
• Account-related updates
• Secure portal links

• Message frequency varies based on account activity and compliance events.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to opt out of further messages at any time.
• Reply HELP for help.
• Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchasing or using G2g services.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How we handle mobile numbers and SMS consent data — including that mobile information and SMS opt-in consent are never sold, rented or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes — is described in our Privacy Policy. You can opt in or review the disclosure on our SMS preferences page.

We aim to keep the platform available and accurate, but access may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, or causes outside our control. Features may change, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

The platform may display or rely on information from third-party sources and service providers, including public regulatory data and messaging, email and hosting providers. We are not responsible for the accuracy, availability or practices of third-party sources or services.

The platform, its software, design, trademarks and content are owned by Cargo Logistics Group LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. You retain rights to the data and documents you submit, and you grant us the rights needed to process and store them to provide the services.

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. G2g provides compliance management tools; it does not provide legal advice, and it does not replace your own regulatory obligations as a motor carrier, broker or driver.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, G2g and Cargo Logistics Group LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the platform.

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, for suspected fraud or misuse, or where required for security or legal reasons. You may stop using the platform at any time. Records may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates are effective when posted, and the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
